2011 Range

www.booksoncarp.co.uk

Well another year is over and with plenty of good fish and pb's have added up to another good year for the "A" Bait. The UPX has overtaken the plum zing as the best selling bait but the plum has been as consistent as ever with 4 fish over 65lbs! Hopefully somebody will take the baits to Rainbow at some point. These 2 baits will be completely unchanged for the 2011 season.
The monster spice took a lot of time to crack but the current version is a very exciting bait and caught very well from some tricky lakes at the back end of the season. The base mix has an outstanding record for the spring and it would be no surprise to see it get off to a flyer. Swapping red dye for the robin red proved to be one of the main factors in the improved catches and I can only conclude the smell of this product was masking the pH additive somewhat.
I will be bringing out a new A Plex in 2011 but it will be completely different to the original. I had good feedback on the nut bait but it just did not seem that popular, to be honest I am only calling it the same name as it has been printed on the bags! The Taurine was a key factor to this boilie and I have found my mixing it with salt and another amino it is even more appealing to fish. Due to the bad weather the normal winter field testing has not been possible and this is the first bait that I have designed solely from tank tests. A very unconventional way of doing things but what the heck, all I will say is that the reaction to this bait is the best I can achieve in this environment and I have done over 100 hours of tank observation. The bait contains my newly developed Red Bull flavour with liver oil and B vitamin complexes. 1kg bags of the A Plex will be available at Brentwood and from the 1st of March.
B complex glug. I have always had my doubts about how you can boost a hook bait and prefer to use paste but the B complex liquid is a blend of the most stimulatory items I have found. The captive fish react very strongly to it and it can be customised with only a couple of mils of flavour to complement the whole range. These pots will be launched at Brentwood in very strong 250ml medical bottles. Pouring the liquid over any bait can only enhance it!
I hope to see a few of you at the Show and wish you all very best wishes and tight lines for 2011.
