Show aftermath

The big one show was absolutely exhausting but great to meet a few of the guys. The Sunday was a particularly good day and some really nice orders came out of it. Frustrating at times especially the guy who wanted 20 kilos of the yellow baits until he found out they were not pineapple! I think I got about 4 hours sleep over 3 days and had leaking glug everywhere until I realised that I had not pushed the lids on hard enough.
The plum Zing and the Spice UPX are now the finished article as far as I am concerned and after all the development tweaks they will stay the same for the rest of the season. I have tried to up my game now and there will be new products such as criticals, glugs and pop-ups every month and I will put these in the best packaging I can sauce. I have embarked in an exciting project with Nash baits to trial the additive and I will be comparing a new product of theirs containing the additive against my range. I had hoped to give a few others the chance of this field testing but it looks like the cost might be restrictive.
I will however have a new bait the A Plex for launch at the re-arranged Brentwood show as long as my own field testing proves it to be as good as I think. It is based on natural sugars with two exciting new products along side the additives and a flavour blend of coconut, ginger and burnt sugar. I will have these in 1kg bags at Brentwood if all goes well.
I will be away fishing for 3 weeks after the 20th march for some well deserved hauling, I will not be able to send out any bait during this time but will add a reminder to the website.
